Sarah A. Seman

Sarah defends the interests of employers, third party administrators and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters. She concentrates her practice solely on workers' compensation litigation.

Sarah received her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Studies from Wilkes-University. She went on to obtain her juris doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

While attending law school, Sarah gained valued legal and litigation experience through internships with the Connecticut Superior Court and the U.S. Attorney's office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Following law school, Sarah joined a plaintiffs firm where she developed valuable skills, as well as insight into the handling of workers' compensation matters from an injured worker’s perspective. Sarah now utilizes this insight to develop strategies to best protect the interests of employers and insurance carriers throughout all aspects of litigation.
