Sarah P. Long

Sarah was born and raised in Ojai, California. She regularly volunteered at the Ventura County Humane Society throughout her childhood and into her undergraduate years at the University of California, Santa Barbara. At UCSB, she majored in Law and Society and minored in Anthropology.

During her formal legal training at California Western School of Law, she was an active member of the Women's Law Caucus and a research assistant to her property Professor, which involved research regarding the role gender plays in becoming a law school dean. While clerking for a small firm in San Diego during her first year of study, she became interested in the complex, intriguing field of construction defect litigation. This interest led her to Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP's Nevada office in 2007.

In her years of practice, Sarah has proven to be an asset in assisting in complex civil trials, and has developed a cottage industry in Nevada of additional insured insurance recovery with success in securing 100% funding of defense and indemnity for many of the nation's builders who are active in Southern Nevada.

Sarah is a devoted professional sports fan, especially to the Los Angeles Lakers and San Diego Chargers. She enjoys staying active, including hiking, traveling, competing in Warrior Dashes, and an all-consuming obsession with Crossfit.
