Saxon Peters is a corporate and securities attorney with a focus on the representation of early stage companies and venture investors.

Saxon has represented companies in a wide range of industries, including insurance, clean technology, biotechnology, software and hardware design and online services. His practice involves virtually all aspects of early stage company counseling, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, securities regulation and public company reporting compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Saxon was an associate in the emerging companies practice group in the Silicon Valley office of a national law firm.
