Scott A. Davis

Scott Davis is a Southern California native. He was born and raised in Ventura, California, and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara. During college and following his graduation from UCSB in 2000, Mr. Davis worked in the construction industry handling all phases of residential, commercial, and municipal plumbing projects in the Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara County areas.

In 2003, Mr. Davis moved to San Diego to attend law school at the University of San Diego School of Law. Following graduation from USD, Mr. Davis began his legal career as in-house counsel for a major insurance company handling subrogation and civil litigation defense matters. During this time Mr. Davis recovered millions of dollars for his clients in personal injury and property subrogation cases.

Mr. Davis joined Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP as an associate in their San Diego office in June 2010. He handles construction defect, personal injury, and general civil litigation matters for the firm’s clients. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California. He is a member of the American and San Diego County Bar Associations and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

Outside of work, Mr. Davis enjoys all types of sports, reading, and spending time with his wife Lacey, daughter Mariah and son Eric.
