Seth D. Griep

Seth Griep focuses his practice in professional liability, insurance bad faith, construction defect liability, premises liability and automobile liability claims. He has experience in insurance coverage litigation arising from claims tendered under professional liability, business owner, general liability and automobile liability insurance policies. Mr. Griep has worked on several high profile construction cases over the past few years and lectured at the Bergen Count Bar Association’s seminar on E-Discovery Competency in 2016. Mr. Griep also worked with a prominent insurance company as a senior claims analyst handling first- and third-party claims tendered under pollution insurance policies.

Outside of the practice of law, he has done extensive volunteer work as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from 1996 through 2009.

Mr. Griep is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (2003) and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (2006).
