Shannon L. Miller

Shannon L. Miller is a Principal in the Birmingham, Alabama, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She is experienced in all aspects of employment litigation, including multi-plaintiff and class action claims.

Ms. Miller also regularly provides counsel, planning and defense to clients on affirmative action compliance and audits. She is a regular speaker at employment law and human resources seminars.

While attending law school, Ms. Miller was a member of the Alabama Law Review and the Jessup Moot Court Team. Following law school, she served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable James H. Hancock, United States District Judge, Northern District of Alabama.
