Stephen H. Jacobson, Esq.

Mr. Jacobson has been advocating on behalf of those injured due to the negligence and reckless conduct of others during the entirety of his over twenty years of legal practice. He approaches every case from a trial lawyer’s perspective, with the vision of an attorney experienced in taking his clients’ cases in front of a jury whenever necessary.

He has obtained multiple six and seven figure verdicts, as well as settlements, in cases involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, the Labor Law and the Jones Act, in the both State and Federal Courts of New York.

Mr. Jacobson is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and admitted in New York State as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Jacobson was a proud participant in Trial Lawyers Care, donating his time and legal services on behalf of the family of a young woman tragically killed while inside the World Trade Center during the 9/11 attacks.
