T. Michael Burke, Jr.

T. Michael Burke, Jr. (Mike), a native of Jacksonville, Florida, is a partner with Hall Booth Smith. He attended Florida State University and graduated in 1993 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in International Affairs. In 1998, he graduated Cum Laude from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While attending law school, Mike worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office, Civil Division, in Columbia, S.C. Before coming to work at Hall Booth Smith, Mike was the law clerk for Superior Court Judges John D. Crosby and Gary C. McCorvey in the Tifton Judicial Circuit. He practices in all state and federal courts in Georgia and is admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals. Mike is the past president of the Tifton Bar Association. Mike's practice areas include medical malpractice, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, retail liability, products liability, agriculture, and motor vehicle liability.
