Tanya Chadha

practices in the area of litigation, focusing her practice in complex high-value international and national construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes. Ms. Chadha also has experience with certain regulatory matters including dealing with the HSE and Environment Agency.

Ms. Chadha acts for clients at all levels of the supply chain in the private sector, including employers, developers, main contractors and specialist sub-contractors, advising on commercial projects including sports stadia, shopping centres, hotels and large residential developments. Her infrastructure experience spans globally (Asia, Middle East and Caribbean) and includes airport runways, oil pipelines, road networks and rail projects. She also has extensive experience of advising public sector clients including Registered Providers (social housing), NHS Trusts (hospitals) and local authorities (schools and city centre regeneration).

Ms. Chadha advises clients on all aspects of the dispute resolution process, including dispute avoidance, adjudication, litigation, arbitration, mediation and commercial negotiation.

Ms. Chadha earned an LL.B. from the University of Birmingham, Law; an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham; and an LPC from the College of Law.
