Taylor Anderson

Ms. Anderson grew up in Nebraska and graduated from Wayne State College with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Pre-law Minor. After undergraduate, Ms. Anderson moved to Florida and attended Florida Coastal School of Law in the Fast Track Program (2 -year full time) where she was awarded a merit scholarship, was elected to serve as a Moot Court Honor Board Representative and earned a Pro Bono Honors distinction upon graduation.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Anderson worked for various state agencies including the Agency for Health Care Administration, Department of Financial Services, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and the Department of Corrections. At these agencies, Ms. Anderson handled a variety of areas including Medicaid Managed Care; workers’ compensation regulatory litigation and medical services reimbursement disputes; construction licensing; and inmate habeas, mandamus, and certiorari petitions regarding gain-time awards and forfeitures, in-prison discipline, and the proper structuring of an inmate’s prison term.
