Taylor N. Byrd

Taylor Byrd is an associate in the firm’s Pensacola office where she focuses her practice on admiralty and maritime, catastrophic and personal injury, employment and labor, first party property, general civil litigation, personal injury protection (PIP), premises liability, product liability, security negligence, trucking accident defenses and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Byrd attended University of Alabama, highest honors (summa cum laude), Bachelors of Science. Member of the Mortar Board. Member of Golden Key International Honor Society. Member of the Pre-Law Society. She also attended Florida State University College of Law, Juris Doctorate, honors (cum laude). Obtained the Business Law Certificate, with honors. Member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, also served as Treasurer to then later serve as President. Member of the William H. Stafford American Inn of Court. Legislative Intern for the Florida Senate. While on the International VIS Moot Court Team awarded Honorable Mention for the Werner Melis Award for Respondent’s Brief in Vienna, Austria.
