Thomas Buscher

THOMAS BUSCHER is a graduate of San Diego State University, where he majored in Political Science with a minor in Economics. He was awarded his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law in San Diego, where he earned an American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure. While studying law, Mr. Buscher worked as a Workers’ Compensation Hearing Representative and as a General Liability and Workers’ Compensation adjuster. He has been a member of the California State Bar since 1995. Tom is enthusiastic about sharing his vast experience, which led to his teaching Workers’ Compensation Law through the University of California, San Diego, College of Extended Studies. He is well versed in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation litigation. In his leisure time, he enjoys motorcycling, traveling, baseball and operating a 1907 Baldwin steam locomotive.
