Thomas J. Cahill

is a litigator with particular experience in commercial contract, insurance, employment and copyright cases. Mr. Cahill has represented public companies, private firms and individuals in federal and state courts as well as in arbitrations and mediations.

A significant portion of Mr. Cahill’s practice has involved the representation of insurance brokers, insurance carriers and insureds in various disputes relating to insurance coverage. In addition, Mr. Cahill regularly represents broker-dealer clients in FINRA arbitrations and in other forums.

Mr. Cahill is a 1990 cum laude graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a Kenneth Wang fellow and a St. Thomas More Scholar and the notes and comments Editor of the Law Review, and a graduate of the University of Virginia.
