Tiffany A. Buckley-Norwood

Tiffany A. Buckley-Norwood is a Principal in the Detroit, Michigan, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. and a core team member of the Healthcare Industry Group. With over 12 years of experience and as counsel to management, she advises employers of varying sizes and in varying industries, particularly those in healthcare and manufacturing.

Ms. Buckley-Norwood’s employment law advice and litigation defense practice focuses on three specific equal employment opportunity / affirmative action areas: disability accommodation, diversity and inclusion best practices, and appropriately responding to internal complaints (minimizing retaliation claims). Complementing these focus areas, Ms. Buckley-Norwood counsels clients on the strategic creation and implementation of company-wide policies and OFCCP-compliant affirmative action plans.

Ms. Buckley-Norwood is also frequent author and presenter, with over 30 presentations and over 20 published works. Her speaking engagements include presentations for the American Bar Association, Institute for Continuing Legal Education, American Society of Employers, Association of Corporate Counsel Michigan, State Bar of Michigan Labor & Employment and Health Law Sections, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, Michigan Industry Liaison Group, and Greater Lansing Society for Human Resource Management.

In her spare time, Ms. Buckley-Norwood volunteers as a pro bono attorney, in addition to other civic activities.
