Tiffany M. Arbaugh

Tiffany Arbaugh is an associate in the Energy and Natural Resources Group of Babst Calland. Her practice is focused on real estate and energy matters, primarily within the oil and gas industry. She has a wide range of experience working within the oil and gas industry, for both corporations and firms, from acquisitions and divestitures to title opinions and due diligence.

Mrs. Arbaugh is a native of West Virginia. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Mountain State University in Business Administration in 2002, graduating cum laude. In 2005, she earned her J.D. from the Appalachian School of Law.

Prior to joining Babst Calland, Mrs. Arbaugh spent eight years working in house for a large oil and gas production and midstream company and three years in general litigation.
