Timothy C. Bass

Tim Bass is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses his practice on insurance coverage contests, financial institution litigation and breach of contract actions. He also has substantial experience in real estate disputes, construction defect claims, business torts, employment matters, and personal injury/product liability claims. Tim routinely serves as lead counsel on jury trials and arbitrations, and has wide-ranging courtroom experience in multiple jurisdictions across the country. He clerked in the Virginia courts after law school, and regularly appears before those judges, but also frequently litigates in Maryland and the District of Columbia on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. He is also a founding member of the firm's eDiscovery & eRetention Practice, which concentrates on the preservation, management, and retrieval of electronically stored information.
