Tracy A. Burleigh

Tracy joined Marshall Dennehey in 1998 as a member of the Casualty Department. Her areas of practice include automobile liability, premises liability, product liability and construction litigation. Tracy has represented a considerable number of automobile manufactures and dealers in product warranty matters, handling more than 150 product warranty cases in her career. She also has experience handling insurance coverage disputes.

Tracy graduated from the University of Delaware in 1988 and from Widener University School of Law in 1996. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked as a law clerk at the law firm of McCarter & English, LLP in Wilmington, Delaware.
