Tracy Wei Costantino

Tracy Wei Costantino is a Principal in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has more than 20 years of experience litigation employment matters in state and federal courts, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies.

Ms. Costantino advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including those involving wage and hour issues, class action litigation, discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims. She also advises and trains managers and supervisors on preventive litigation practices, focusing on how to comply with applicable laws and regulations, avoid workplace disputes, and resolve employee relations problems.

Ms. Costantino partners with her clients to find the best resolution for each individual client for all types of employment disputes. She prides herself in working with her clients to not only resolve disputes, but to work to find best practices to prevent and reduce the risk of future litigation.

Ms. Costantino is a California native and is an active member of several community organizations.
