Trevor Cosgrove

Trevor focuses his real estate practice on the construction industry both in the United Kingdom and internationally. Trevor advises corporate occupiers, including banks, financial institutions, and other multinational companies in relation to their headquarters requirements, as well as in relation to real estate and development financings. Trevor provides advice to clients in all sectors of the real estate market including residential, office, out of town retail development, data centres and logistics and distribution centres. Trevor’s clients include developers, joint ventures, purchasers, tenants, landlords, and funders of office, residential, university, and retail space.
