Trevor J. Peck

Trevor Peck is a senior associate in the Atlanta office, where he handles civil defense and insurance coverage matters. Trevor’s coverage practice focuses on providing insurance coverage advice and representing insurers in litigation. His defense practice focuses on personal injury, premises liability, and transportation claims.

Prior to joining WSHB, Trevor worked for an Atlanta law firm where he primarily acted as Underwriters’ counsel in connection with professional liability claims against large and mid-sized law firms. Trevor graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was Executive Articles Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. As a student, he received CALI awards for Property, Federal Income Taxation, and Constitutional Law II, as well as the John C. O’Byrne Award for Excellence in the Study of Taxation.
