ABOUT Vincent E. Polsinelli
Vincent E. Polsinelli is a Principal and the Office Litigation Manager in the Albany, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mr. Polsinelli regularly assists companies in resolving employment-related claims in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. As a member of the firm’s Class Actions and Complex Litigation and Wage and Hour Practice Groups, the primary focus of Mr. Polsinelli’s litigation practice involves representing employers in class and/or collective actions under the FLSA and state wage and hour laws. Whatever the workplace dispute, he helps clients to achieve their best result, whether through strategic litigation or alternative resolution efforts. He has significant experience helping clients obtain positive results in both class-action and single-plaintiff litigation matters involving wage and hour disputes; discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; employee benefits issues; restrictive covenant enforcement; and other contractual disagreements.
In addition to these litigation matters, Mr. Polsinelli also provides preventive counseling and compliance advice to employers in all areas of employment law. He regularly advises clients in a broad range of industries on complex and highly regulated areas, such as wage and hour compliance, and works with clients to develop and maintain sound workplace policies and practices.
