ABOUT Virginia N. Hall
Virginia is a Partner in our office in Tifton, Georgia, focusing on professional negligence and medical malpractice, general liability, premises liability, product liability, moto vehicle liability, real estate, transactional law, collections, bankruptcy and creditors rights.
A native of Atlanta, Virginia lived in several towns in south Georgia in her early years before returning to Atlanta for high school. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at the University of Georgia, and a Juris Doctorate from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
After law school she moved to Valdosta, where she worked with an insurance defense law firm before joining HBS. Virginia is married to Christopher D. Hall, an attorney in Valdosta, and they have three children.
Virginia is admitted in all State Courts and in the U.S. District Courts for Middle and Southern Georgia.
EXPERIENCE
Virginia specializes in general liability matters including transportation and premises liability, and has an extensive practice in real estate, collections and bankruptcy matters.
