ABOUT William J. Baron
is a Certified Appellate Specialist and practices in the areas of insurance coverage claims and litigation .
Mr. Baron has 30 years of experience in insurance coverage matters, with a focus on claims involving environmental liability. He has been involved in more than 80 appellate matters, including insurance and other cases, in state and federal courts, including the California Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, the Colorado Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and the Second, Seventh, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Baron is a 1983 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and a 1980 graduate of Stanford University.
