Yvonne Arvanitis Fossati

Yvonne Arvanitis Fossati is a Principal and Litigation Manager in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has extensive experience in all facets of employment litigation and has tried numerous cases.

Ms. Fossati has represented employers and individual defendants in all types of employment litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination on the basis of sex, race, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, retaliation and wrongful termination. Ms. Fossati also has significant experience in the area of wage and hour class actions. She also provides advice and counsel related to employment issues and conducts training sessions on all types of employment law issues. Ms. Fossati develops and conducts sexual harassment prevention training for California supervisors in compliance with AB 1825 (California’s mandatory sexual harassment prevention training law).

Ms. Fossati has significant experience arbitrating employment disputes pursuant to employment arbitration agreements and collective bargaining agreements as well as defending employers in judicial arbitrations. She also has regularly handled both judicial and private employment dispute meditations on behalf of employers.
